NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg said that Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey has consented to back Sweden’s application for participation to the union.

He said that the Turkish president will “guarantee endorsement” by sending Sweden’s offered to the Ankara parliament.

Who is Jens Stoltenberg?
