An Utah sitter was hit with murder accusations Friday following a 5-month-old newborn child died from “extreme cerebrum tearing” supported while in her consideration.

Paulina Carmona-Simbron, 47, apparently “showed no inclination” when she was told little Aitana Ampudia Aguilar wouldn’t endure her wounds, police affirmed in charging archives got by ABC4.
