New Delhi, Sep 27 (IANS) Following a day-long hearing, the High Court on Tuesday declined to prevent the Political decision Commission from concluding the case of Eknath Shinde gathering to be the genuine Shiv Sena.

A five-judge constitution seat, headed by Equity D.Y. Chandrachud, said there will be no stay on procedures before the EC to choose intra-party debate in Shiv Sena between Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde group, on which one is the first party and furthermore on getting the party image.
