Mumbai, Sep 21 (IANS) The Shiv Sena has documented a request in the Bombay High Court looking for headings to the BrihanMumbai Civil Partnership (BMC) to allow to the party to hold its yearly Dassehra rally at Shivaji Park, here on Wednesday.

The request, recorded through Sena legal counselor Joel Carlos, was referenced before a division seat of Equity R.D. Dhanuka and Equity Kamal Khata who have recorded it for dire hearing on Thursday.

In the request, the Shiv Sena said it has been holding its customary yearly Dassehra rally at the memorable Shivaji Park beginning around 1966, excepting 2020 and 2021 when it was not held inferable from the Covid pandemic limitations.
