New Delhi, Sep 23 (IANS) In the midst of feverish campaigning in the Congress on the issue of the Rajasthan authority, the party top of the food chain has requested that Sachin Pilot wait in Jaipur and meet MLAs till a ultimate conclusion is taken.

Pilot apparently traveled to Jaipur on Friday in the wake of being in Bharat Jodo Yatra and is sitting tight for the choice.

Rajasthan Boss Pastor Ashok Gehlot, who had met Rahul Gandhi, on Friday said that he has would not challenge the party President’s political race and believes a non-Gandhi should head the party.

“I will record assignment soon and it’s the need of great importance that resistance ought to be strong…” he said. Gehlot, who had looked to carry on as Boss Priest and run for party President, said that the party will settle on his replacement as Boss Pastor.

Nonetheless, it isn’t as yet clear whether Gehlot will initially step down as Boss Priest and challenge, or leave after the political race.

Pilot, the previous Vice president Pastor, is serious areas of strength for a for the Main Ministership while rushed campaigning is happening in the state with C.P. Joshi and B.D. Kalla tossing their cap in the ring as well.
