A now-terminated San Antonio cop has been charged subsequent to shooting and basically injuring an unarmed 17-year-old who was eating in his vehicle in a McDonald’s parking garage on Oct. 2.

James Brennand, 27, was accused of two crime counts of first-degree disturbed attack by a community worker. He handed himself over to the San Antonio Police Division on Tuesday.
