Mandy Moore is feeling thankful for her additional time at home with her two young men. The This Is Us star, 38, opened up in another meeting with Guardians about her appreciation for having a more drawn out maternity leave with her subsequent child, child Ozzie, than when she invited her most memorable child, August “Gus” Harrison.

Moore, who invited child Ozzie with spouse Taylor Goldsmith last month, said she’s “savoring” her minutes at home with her two children particularly as her last maternity leave was a lot more limited since she returned to work not long after inviting Gus.

“To have the option to finish off this truly original section of my existence with This Is Us this past May and require some investment now to sort of dig in and be a family, it’s something I didn’t get to encounter with Gus,” she said. “I’m savoring this time.”
