John Joseph Diocesan, an English joke artist, moderator, entertainer, and previous football player, was born on 30 November 1966.

Minister burned through the majority of his life as a youngster years in the Cheshire towns of Runcorn and Winsford, where he went to Murdishaw West Elementary School and Brookvale Foundation.

Priest took a short English course at Newcastle Polytechnic and moved on from Manchester Polytechnic with a BA in Sociology.

Subsequent to appearing in stand-up parody in Manchester in October 2000, Minister progressed to the finals of all the major new demonstration contests the next year, including So You Believe You’re Amusing, the Day to day Transmit Open Mic Grants, the BBC New Satire Grants, and the City Life North West Entertainer of The Year Grant, which he proceeded to win.

Diocesan acted in a Satire feature on Direct 4 and partaken in VIP Driving force 2009.
