Ko Eui-Min was born in 1942 in the city of Asan, 80 km from the Korean capital, Seoul. Around then, Korea was still under Japanese occupation. Provincial rule finished with the acquiescence of Japan in 1945.

At 32, he turned into the most youthful ever Korea Republic mentor. He delivered 15 title holders, 28 Asian bosses and more than 100 Korean bosses in his dynamic training vocation. He was a previous seat of the WT Specialized Commission.
