Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has been hit with a FA charge over his remarks towards mediator Anthony Taylor in the result of his side’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham.

The Blues had to bear a couple of frustrating options during the game, with both Tottenham’s goals coming not long after the Blues felt the ref had missed a critical event, and Tuchel didn’t hide his disappointment after the match.

The German spread the word ‘might be ideal’ if Taylor coordinated no Chelsea games from now on, declaring everyone at Stamford Bridge acknowledges the mediator has an arrangement against his side – something many fans online would agree with.

Clearly, an assessment was promptly opened into Tuchel’s lead and the FA has now certified his charge.

“Thomas Tuchel has been blamed for a defy of FA Guideline E3 relating to remarks that he made after Chelsea FC’s Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur FC on Sunday 14 August 2022,” a declaration read.

“It is certified that the manager’s remarks in his post-match public meeting contain rash immediate as contrary to FA Rule E3.1 they recommend inclination as well as question the decency of the match authority, or possibly bring the game into reputation.

“Thomas Tuchel has until Thursday 25 August 2022 to give a response to this charge.”

Tuchel has in like manner been hit with a touchline blacklist as a result of the red card he was shown during a contention with Spurs director Antonio Conte after the game.
