Brighton and Hove Albion have completed the marking of Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour on a four-year deal.

The Seagulls have insisted Gilmour’s appearance for an undisclosed cost, but it’s envisioned that Chelsea have recognized a presented of around £10m for the Scotland overall’s organizations.

Once tipped for importance at Stamford Bridge, Gilmour has been not ready to lay out an association under Thomas Tuchel, and was developed out acquired to Norwich City last season.

That spell went inadequately for Gilmour, as Norwich were transferred to the Championship, yet he has offered another chance to show what him can do at the most raised level by Graham Potter – who is delighted to get the 21-year-old on a very strong reason.

Gilmour could make his presentation for Brighton this Sunday when Leicester City travel to the Amex Stadium.
